Changing parameters via expansion

Before I dive back into the expansions I have a question...
Is it possible to change the parameters of a knob from the expansion?
Like if a button is set to "saveinpreset" on the original plugin settings can you change it some how via the expansion?

@BWSounds I believe this is only possible if you're using full expansions - like Rhapsody. For regular expansions saveInPreset is fixed. The workaround would be to duplicate the control.

@BWSounds You could have two controls on the UI that do the same thing, one set to save in preset and one not. In your script you can determine which one is visible and used based on the expansion.
