Scriptnode ADHSR - Sustain has 0-1 value

...rather than -100 - 0 dB like the stock Hise envelope. Seems curious - is anyone using the Scriptnode envelope?

@DanH 0.5 is -6dB and you can scale it however you want.

@Christoph-Hart how can I have the slider on the interface display -100 - 0 but also control the scriptnode envelope value of 0-1? I can it the other way round with normalisedToRange....

@Matt_SF only just got round to this. So if I set the sustain slider's range to -100 - 1 I don't think the converter can handle the range...?
