Sampler playback = instant close

Develop branch: I loaded in a sample map I'd saved in a previous version (as I can't load new samples into this build). As soon as I hit a key to playback it triggers an instant close.

Problem doesn't happen with sine generator, only with sampler.

I need more info:

• is it a multimic map?
• is it HLACed?
• if not are the samples inside the project folder?

Ah, I didn't test multimic samples...

Should be fixed now. One bug at a time :)
