onNoteOn

So something odd is happening, using onNoteOn i set the midi player to play when note 24 is pressed... if I use my keyboard it works and if I place the note back a bit like the 1st image below it works as well...

but if I place the note at the beginning of the track the midi player wont play...

Anyone know why?

@bwsounds Is it a deferred script? Have you tried another DAW?

not a deferred script, and I only have one daw at my disposal at the moment.
