Are you trying to get this? This is a good decision to make a pool request. Tinkering and linking ItemColour 2 is not very easy. Hope everybody will get this feature soon after your request.

@d-healey OK. But Favorite Button Icon by default not linked with ItemColour 2. Have you fixed this?

@Rudra-Ghosh No I couldn't get it to work, so I've linked it to itemColour1. This is better than it was before which was fixed as white.

@d-healey OK. If you see source code you will find the Preset Level Star icon is linked with constant colour. No declaration, No Object. But anyway you have done a good pool request.

That means when you change Preset browser Button Colours/Search Icon etc colour via ItemColour1, Favourite Icon (Global) also gets changed? Right? So what's the point of tinkering? HISE comes by default with ItemColour1 linked.
Do it what @Rudra-Ghosh has shown in the Image via ItemColour2. And make a pull request for Presets Level Search Button Icon. This would be great if it gets linked with ItemColour3

he want to change the colour of the stars in the preset name column - not the global star next to the search box - ....as he explains right after Rudra's post....

@Lindon My question is.. Did he link Global Star Button with Itemcolour2 ? According to @Rudra-Ghosh he has connected it to ItemColour2. And yeah I know @d-healey wants to change Presets Star Button. So I am asking if both (Global & Preset) not linked with ItemColour2 and ItemColour3 please do a pull request for both. And leave ItemColour1 for rest of the customization. I hope I have made everybody clear.
