Blurry Panel?!

@Christoph-Hart Ok so I tested the new graphic APIs and it's really cool!
Everything works well but the gaussianBlur (Although boxBlur works as expected).
The Gaussian just does nothing, no matter the value.

Are the Graphics API only available if you use paint routines? or can these be used with panels and images as well? It's not instantly obvious how to implement.

@d-healey Yeah, I tried the "drawDropShadow"and it works! the problem now is that it's a rectangle and i cant round it (as you can see the up corners). Is there a way to round them as well. thanks so much

I've checked for the GaussianBlur, it seems it is only Windows compatible probably due to IPP restriction or so...

@ustk Becuse I've said that today I was going to do the entire UI on Hise Just to learn the language more and because everything is vectorized, but yeah... Back to photoshop..
