Sampler Bug - Notes stop pitching after certain points

Hey all,

I'm having an issue with some of my shorter samples where if you stretch them too far up the sampler, HISE stops pitching them up at a certain point. I've tested it with the same samples in Kontakt and the issue doesn't exist there, but it happens in all the HISE builds. I just tested it in the newest scriptnode commit and the issue still persists. Anyone have any ideas? I've attached a video reference below. Thanks!

@d-healey saw it in a couple places while I was using hise, just did a quick search for it so might be another version

Be aware that it increases the memory usage for the streaming buffers which is the reason the default value is 16 and not over 9000 ;)
