      You have nothing to do. Just open project on Mac.

        @D-Williams23 I use "OneDrive" or "Dropbox", I'm on mac using Windows on bootcamp

          Use exFat on usb's to transfer between the operating systems. Windows can't read MacOS's HFS file system and Mac can't read Windows NTFS.

          From experience you need to format the USB on Windows first unless you know how to do it in a terminal on macOSwith the right arguments. There is a difference in their defaults. Using cloud services or email you won't have the issue.

              I just use a shared folder on my PC which the Mac can access directly.

                  We don't always have samba share. You should know that running linux mint. These guys are new to the scene.

                          @danial I'm running Windows, MacOS, and GNU/Linux, I share files between all three.

                            So am I. Many of my clients are Linux......I compile HISE for Linux to be where I I began my audio roots.

                                OK I was attempting to be tactful. So before you tell David he's applying his (non existant) Linux based bias - and that "these guys" (who incidentally I think can speak for themselves) may well be on Mac or Windows then perhaps you should spend 10 minutes looking up Davids video solutions that include Mac and Windows - otherwise you might end up looking like a bit of a jerk - and we wouldnt want that would we?
