Does the number at the beginning of the HISE snippets have any particular meaning?

Such as "HiseSnippet 10082" from "Basic Synth"
      or
"HiseSnippet 2402" from "Dynamic Plugin Parameters" ?

      https://docs.hise.audio/tutorials/all/index.html

Is it maybe a randomly generated id number?
Just curious about the convention here.
