-
@Lindon Ah I didn't know that.
-
Hello again
Thank you dear Christoph, david and lindonI just extracted sdk.zip
then started a new build ,
but some where in build my cpu turned to max 100% again , and stoped the process.
i still see some warnings in the code
please take a look : https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/4XhyJsHr4n/i tried to build hise 2.1.0
hi core ipp > disabledany idea ?
-
I've never seen this message before, but there's ya problem
MSBUILD : error MSB4166: Child node "2" exited prematurely. Shutting down. Diagnostic information may be found in files in "C:\Users\nrezaei\AppData\Local\Temp\" and will be named MSBuild_*.failure.txt. This location can be changed by setting the MSBUILDDEBUGPATH environment variable to a different directory.

Hello again dear david.
i force closed the visual studio , that message is becuase of that. -
Well there are no other errors. Are you sure the process stopped?
-
yeah i closed the the process by my own , becuase of strange cpu Usage 100%
is that cpu spike normal? -
@Natan-Rezaei 100% CPU is good, it means it will complete faster :)
There might be a setting in visual studio to limit the CPU usage, I haven't ever noticed an issue though so I've never looked for such a setting.
-
And one more question , only setting i need to change is
Debug > Release
Win32> Win64
And from drop down menu BUILD > Build hise standalone? And while the cpu is maximized , i dont need to be worry because that is normal?
"thanks in advance dear david"
-
@Natan-Rezaei said in No Chance To Build Hise From Source Code :(:
And one more question , only setting i need to change is
Debug > Release
Win32> Win64
And from drop down menu BUILD > Build hise standalone?Yeah that's correct
And while the cpu is maximized , i dont need to be worry because that is normal?
No idea. Search Google and see if there is a setting to limit the CPU usage.
-
Ta da da da :)
It Works now
I Opened the hise.exe and so far everything looks okey :)
Thanks Sir davidThe problem i faced with is only the cpu usage , Which looks normal
-
Yes VS maxes out all cores on compiling an release build so it‘s a feature not a bug.
-
@Christoph-Hart
Thank you Christoph , Yeah i just noticed that , the cpu usage is becuase of compiling and pretty normal.Just started to have some fun with Hise , So far everything is fast forward and user friendly.
