Is it possible to create a VST loader/Patch Bay?

Something like BlueCat's Patchworks, where it's basically a plugin rack for you to import other
third party plugins into.

@DanH you need to use the filters to get the best out of it, and use quotation marks in your search terms if you want an exact match.
