Could that also be the cause of artifacts when using time stretching with the sampler?

@d-healey not sure, I think this bug is in the node code that resamples the incoming audio. There's some rounding error in the sample index at the buffer boundaries which I can't track down with my limited time allocated to this feature :)

@Christoph-Hart While I remember, I've asked about this before, the num_quarters thing. Doesn't make sense to me, if I have an audio file recorded at 140bpm, what should num_quarters be set to?
I came up with my own solution to just set the ratio to 100% if the host tempo matches the recorded bpm and adjust it up or down accordingly when the host bpm changes. Why doesn't HISE allow me to specify the bpm and then do this instead of using num_quarters?

I quite like it for what it is..
The few loops I ran through it seemed improved by introducing a low pass filter when pitching down without loosing a great deal, and maybe it's sleep deprivation, laptop speakers or aging ears, but it seems an 4x oversample cuts out some of worst noisy wooshiness (excuse the technical jargon) when pitched up at the expense of sounding like an early 00's mp3. Fun stuff.
