    • RE: Absolute Samples - Windows 11

@David-Healey I had about 16, I just automated the find/replace in VScode and it worked really well. Thank you for the videos on exporting plugins, went back and followed them to the letter and they worked perfectly.

    • RE: Sample Map XML recovery??

@l4ch See that would have been the smart thing to do, but I neglected to set up a git repo for this project. Will do that now and learn from my mistakes...

@d-healey Ah!! Well that can't be good. Sorry about the speakers. I'll have a read of the documentation and get to grips with scriptnode first, I've taken up more than enough of your time. Thank you very much for all your help.

@d-healey Thank you very much. Big fan of the videos you make- I'm learning HISE for a degree project and this is massively helpful. Will definitely be subscribing to the Patreon!

    • Multichannel Inputs and Outputs

Hey everybody! I'm currently trying to write an Ambisonic convolution plugin in HISE, starting simple with first-order B format design. This requires four inputs and four outputs. I've set up the plugin to have four outputs as shown in previous forum threads, but it's still only showing two inputs. How would I go about configuring HISE to accept four inputs as well? Ideally in standalone because the HISE plugin UI in Reaper is basically unusable on my tiny laptop screen.

@David-Healey Hi David! Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. I've completed the course in the past, and when I went to the location from last time there was just a readme telling me that projucer had moved. Has the course content changed since November 2025?

    • Building HISE with new JUCE system

Hey everybody! I'm trying to compile a new version of HISE because I finally figured out IPP, using the latest commit on GitHub. I've noticed that since last building HISE, the custom JUCE version is gone and it looks like I need to install my own version of JUCE. AFAIK, HISE uses a custom version of JUCE, so how do I get everything to play ball?

    • Absolute Samples - Windows 11

      Hi everybody!

I'm currently trying to export my plugin but I've realised that I've been using the wrong directory for sample files (Documents folder instead of HISE Samples), is there a way I can batch fix this? Really hoping to avoid starting from scratch.
