    • [Repost] Plugin Developers: Buyout/ Distro/ Revenue-Split Opportunity

Hi everyone, I posted this before, but I had a typo in the email, so I'm reposting in case anyone tried to reach out, and the email wasn't going through.

I’m looking to partner with a developer who already has a completed plugin (instrument or FX) to pair with an Afrohouse pack release on Feb 6. (The final deadline for having everything complete is 31st Jan)

      Deal structures available:
      • Buyout (immediate cash)
      • Distro-style deal (we purchase licenses upfront and distribute them)
      • Revenue split (ongoing upside)

      Some of the benefits include:
      • Guaranteed distribution tied to a paid product launch
      • Meta ads already running, meaning consistent paid traffic (not organic hoping)
      • Zero customer acquisition cost for you
      • You monetize an existing plugin without building funnels, ads, or support systems

The plugin will be positioned as a value driver, not a throw-in.

If you have a finished plugin and want:
      • Upfront cash or
      • Risk-free recurring revenue

This is a strong deal for the right developer.

@Lindon Thanks for pointing that out. It was a typo. Corrected it.

    • RE: Looking for a Plugin Developer – MIDI / Chord Generation Tool

@dannytaurus This is 100% true. Our data and research show that music producers prefer interactive chord tools to chord packs. Chord packs are considered lazy.

What we've seen with AI is companies like Lemonaide training their models to let users generate chords with a single click, but these models take a long time to train.

Our approach is quite different. We want to use AI to help producers learn music theory as they produce.

      Thanks!

    • Looking for a Plugin Developer – MIDI / Chord Generation Tool

      Hi everyone,
I’m the founder of a music-tech brand and I’m currently looking for an experienced developer to collaborate on a MIDI-focused music plugin called Crescent.

The project is already validated in the market, and we’re now moving toward a proper plugin release.
I’m mainly looking for someone comfortable with HISE / JUCE / C++, MIDI processing, and AI integration.

      I've attached the product specs.

If this sounds interesting, please DM me or email me at emzy@thesampleselect.com with:

      • Your experience

      • Example of plugins or audio tools you've worked on.

      Thanks.
