I have a typeface that required a bit of adjustment between certain glyphs and have confirmed that the exported .ttf does properly reproduce the assigned kerning pair in various other pieces of software.

However, in HISE, I can't get it to do it.

There's currently a bit of an odd font behavior where sometimes you have to reload HISE to get it to show the custom typeface imported via loadFontAs, so I thought something was funky with that but no, I re-exported as a different name, imported that and the pair is still off i.e. there's no negative offset.

Of course, in this particular case I can render each glyph with a separate graphics method call, but I still figured I'd open this as it does become an issue with dynamic text like tooltips etc.
