      Hi all,

If I have a sample play all the way through (one shot style, or "normal" playback setting but using a Synth.playNote() call) then don't set a note off event, how bad is it to have that stuck midi note continue indefinitely behind the scenes? Will it cause any extra CPU use, crashes, memory issues, etc.?

@ericchesek if the sample is finished (or the envelope goes down to o zero) it will stop the voice. You can see that in the voice counter.

True! I hope that is all I have to worry about.

When I open the sampler, I see the green bars showing up at various velocities as I play notes on my keyboard. They never go away. The instrument sounds right though. These green bars are the stuck midi notes I'm referring to. If those are not a problem, then that is wonderful. Haha
