Granulator Wet/Dry
-
Hey all, Granulator has peaked my interest again haha. While using it in a ScriptFX Module is it possible to create wet/dry controls for it? If so, how?
-
@Adam_G use the wet dry template and put it in the wet path.
-
@Christoph-Hart well thats simple enough even for me where is the template? is it a node?
-
@Adam_G type template in the node creation popup.
-
@Christoph-Hart nice! thats a great feature i hadnt found yet. do i add it above or below the dummy node?
-
@Adam_G it‘s a dummy node, doesn‘t matter - the real pros even delete that dummy node ;)
-
@Christoph-Hart lol whos the dummy now thank you sir
-
@Christoph-Hart i moved the controls from the top to the dry/wet node but the parameters arent working now. how do i access them in the script?
-
@Adam_G why would you do that? just leave them in the top container.
-
@Christoph-Hart sorry i cant find how to link the dry/wet control. can i do that via scripting?
-
@Adam_G just add a dry wet parameter on your root node and connect it to the dry wet knob of the template (like you do with any other node).
Or just remove the connection to the template's parameter and connect the xfade's Value parameter directly to the new root node parameter.
-
@Christoph-Hart maybe im using the wrong node? this knob doesnt have an option to be linked like normal. i must be missing something
-
@Adam_G sure, click on the target icon in the top row to change to assign mode then drag the mix knob to the dry wet knob (you might have to disable assignment mode in the lower one first).
