Presets in preset browser aren't being exported with project

I am having an issue with the presets and preset browser and I don't know what I am doing incorrectly so I am hoping that somebody can help point me in the right direction.
I have added the preset browser, then created a few presets within my HISE project.
These all act as I want them to, changing the settings, sample maps etc. If I close the project and reopen HISE, they are all still there and still work correctly etcThe issue arises when I export the project and load it up in DAW. The preset browser is blank and it is like I have not created any presets at all. If I go back into HISE again after that, they are still there in the project as they were before.
This has happened in a couple of projects, not just this one so I am wondering if there is a setting or something that I have missed out that is preventing the in HISE presets from exporting along with the rest of the project? I am hoping it something simple that I am doing wrong or have missed.

@rzrsharpeprod - check the preferences (File>preferences) and make sure that Embed User Presets is ticked.

Just checked when I got home and the enable user presets button was already checked so it isn't that unfortunately.
I must be missing something else as they show up in the HISE project everytime but never in the daw. It's like they don't exist in the actual exported plugin because they aren't actually getting exported.
That makes me think there is another setting I have missed but I don't know what/where that would be?
Hopefully somebody on here has the answer as having premade presets is a key part of what I'm building and I'm stumped

@rzrsharpeprod the presets will not extract from the plugin if a User Preset folder already exists in the plugin's appdata folder. If it's already there, just delete it and your plugin will recreate/extract the embedded presets the next time you launch the plug.

Is that the project folder you are referring to?Thanks for the suggestion/help. I'll have a look at that when I get home this evening

You would only need to clear your User Presets each time you wanted to change the presets you plan on shipping in any given product. Generally most people leave preset making as the last thing to do with the plugin.

I was using the presets as an easy way to cheat and change some elements which is why I had done it so early.
Actually this has made me learn the correct way via scripting so I've learned something too and should be able to get presets to work as well to boot so not a bad result.Thanks again for the help, much appreciated
