Desktop notifications

I just discovered that desktop notifications can be triggered on Debian Cinnamon (and other DEs) using the command notify-send. Are there similar commands on Windows and MacOS?

Doesn't include Windows. I'm also not sure push notifications are the same as desktop notifications.

@d-healey From a quick glance at the page, it seems that desktop notifications are "local push notifications". I'm not sure if JUCE has windows notifications. Possible solution?

@Dan-Korneff Yeah looks like there could be a JUCE solution in the future but nothing yet. But I'm still interested to know if there is a Windows equivalent of notify-send because we can do this already from within HISE.
