Just finished my first VST instrument (Mac only), you are free to download and try it (will be a buggy one I bet). Just navigate to http://sampleson.com Once page loaded, type "sampleson" without quotes

Let me know if it worked. On 10.11.6 / Ableton works!

Well the biggest change is the new interface designer, which allows you to create user interfaces with only little amount of scripting.

But now I understand why your interfaces are so minimalistic :)

@christoph-hart :P Is not a marketing strategy, just my lack of experience. On the other hand, unexpected quits, and build errors on 1.0.0 are less than on 1.5.x

@christoph-hart Got a question for you :) Can you imagine a way to do a web hosted VST Instrument/engine? Loading buffer on init and then streaming mp3 instead of .wav (small instruments obviously)? Think of browsing a website and being able to play on your piano an instrument hosted in that website :0

a really good idea if you want to commercialize your product (warez/cracked free, or pretty close)

but if user loose connexion ( as it arrive 1 time per month here. i have fiber High speed internet, but the thin optical wire breaks each month) = impossible to use it.

that's like adobe or Roland cloud = no internet = no using ... :/

PS: can't test your product because MAC only. only have PC here (i'm reverso of you = only PC, no MAC)

but good luck with your Drumkit (i love the GUI... personnal 3D render ? photoshop ?)

I can't compile or build for pc by now. It gives me a lot of errors. But you can download the source and compile at your en for pc. Taking samples from the .zip at www.sampleson.com

UI is Photoshop mainly. And a google images drumset

But I am curious to check it. I might help you out building the Windows version and transition it to the most recent version of HISE - shouldn't be too problematic...
