what the.. User Presets folder -- tell me its not true...
-
On Windows its called UserPresets
on MacOS its called User Presets
This cant be right can it?
-
and of course MacOS wont let me install anything in "User Presets"
-- oh hang on, where's my "I'm being Stupid" t-Shirt???
Still any answers on the naming?
-
@Lindon No.
The project subfolder is called
UserPresets
because you're a developer and developers hate whitespace.
The user preset folder in the app data directory is calledUser Presets
because it will be visible to the end user and camel case looks ugly and nerdy.That's the rationale behind it.
