[feature request] Group modulators

It's bothered me for a while that we don't have group level control for effects and modulators like we do in Kontakt.

Then today I discovered that note number modulators work per voice, which with some script manipulation makes it possible to achieve pretty much the same group level control as Kontakt.

It got me thinking, @Christoph-Hart could we have group modulators, like note number modulators but per group instead of per note? This would give us easy group level control for most modulators and effects (those that have modulation slots) and wouldn't break the tree structure of HISE.

Also can we get the sliderpack view of the note number modulator back? I think that is easier to use than the table view.
