How does one 'mix' a filter?
-
As in, what's the process? Baffles me slightly that there can be mix knobs on filter plugins without any artefacts (phase etc) coming through the signal when blending the wet & dry signals in these plugins.
-
@DanH If you want to avoid phase issue when mixing a filter and direct source, you'll need to use a linear phase filter. But I far as I know Hise doesn't have any linear phase EQ...

I asked myself the same today :D
Would be a dream if HISE gets a real mixing environment with routing, fx reordering and also a mix knob for any fx. -
