@d-healey yes, convolution reverb is probably not very exciting.
As for a dual compressor ,yes, made in scriptnode.
Not terribly exciting either ..hehe

I have one opinion... Since it is called "Community Plugin project" it will be better if the scripts, codes, ideas, projects be shared here as well. It will help us to learn from the on going project. No problem if you are using Github. But please do share the link of it.

A few more ideas for a synth:
- Legato
- Factory preset library
- Custom preset browser
- Displays instead of value popups and maybe a main display
- X-Y pads (with gamepad compatibilty)
- Digital+Analog layering
- Various saturation modes for character
- Automation inside the plugin
- Undo/Redo function

X-Y Controller in FL Studio has this feature. You can connect a gamepad to
control with a joystick and this is useful for perform fx (I wish I could use both joysticks for two pads) :DAnalog Dreams for Kontakt has A and B layers, one for digital sound and one for analog. There was another plugin with something like this but I can't find it.
An example is mixing a synth with a sampler.
Massive is a good example for how to "automate" the sound.
You can easily connect an env or lfo to a knob.
An option for real automation
Something like the clips in FL, but better.
(Changing the affected parameter should be easier)
But you can create those clips for almost anything.
I use this in any production to make my music become alive.More power as just using env and lfo :)
Of course I could stick with the DAW but imagine... -
Except for the layering possibly, I don't think we'll have those features.

the plugins x,y,z are also using it. guess they use the same tool to build itWould like to go fully custom, at least with visible elements.
This browser is really useful to me:
It also has a list, which opens by clicking the preset name on top. (never used it)
Just an example of my personal taste. Wouldn't clone this one-to-one,
but I would like something similiar to this for the synth. -
