help paid if please

  • Hello everyone, I know that my request is not about hise but I am offering 100euros to anyone who can help me with my problem. the question is not about the notarization because I can do it alone by following all the precious advice here. my request concerns apple directly. I have created certificates id develop and id application except that no key is associated with my c esg certificates for that the notarization fails. I have been trading with apple for 1 month, which does not help me. clearly I have created my maximum 5 certificates for each category so if someone can help me privately to avoid polluting here he will be rewarded. so this person must be able to correctly create my certificates so that they can work for my future notarization. I work for a music production school as a trainer and I plan to provide all our students with free plugins for training. It's really a sos that I'm running because I'm at the end of my rope with apple and their crappy system. I hope to have an answer from someone I trust here in private thank you all for all the help you provide and I would understand if no one wants to waste time on a little problem like this. sorry i am not rich. so 100 euros is already a lot for me but any help deserves something. 🙂

  • @yall - I've already told you "in private" at least one of the things you are doing wrong.

You say this: " I have created certificates id develop and id application..."

..and you need to create a developer installer certificate

  • @Lindon yes I know all that. but, I do not have a key associated with my certificates. I can't create new ones. I don't know how to create the identifiers, devices. profiles, keys ..... I am completely blocked. my certificates are created, but in the keychain there is no associated key. xcode, whitebox cannot open these certificates. This is why I am asking for help. I have created as many certificates as possible and I am looking for the procedure to be able to correct them so that they work. missing key, no id ... always these messages coming back. I hate to ask for so much help but I think I'm at the end of it

  • Did you create a certificate signing request (CSR)? Before generating your certificates?

  • @d-healey @Lindon for simplicity, I took out an apple develop account subscription. keychain / request a certificate from an authority ... creates a certificate install id and application id with the file downloaded earlier from the keychain (the certificate request) . I downloaded my 2 certificates and installed in the keychain. they are present and indicated as valid. except that there is no associated key. I have not created anything else in my apple developper account. apple tells me that I need to create keys, machine, profile. except that by wanting to go too fast, I created the maximum number of certificates, develop id installer and develop id application. we are limited to 5 of each. I am ready to give the personal identifiers or manage this problem in video and I am ready to sincerely remunerate.

  • @yall Did you create a certificate signing request (CSR)? Before generating your certificates? Without this they won't work.

  • @d-healey are you talking about the step from the keychain? request a certificate from an authority?

  • @yall Yeah

  • @d-healey yes I therefore need this etpae indicating my email. on the other hand, I did not choose the option (let me indicate the information on the key pair). I therefore continued the steps and imported the downloaded file (request) when apple developper asked me for it when creating the certificates.

    • did you point whitebox at the certificate?

except that there is no associated key. Only Apple can fix that for you.

  • @Lindon sorry for the translator. yes @d-healey I did all these steps exactly. the problem must also come from the fact that I had to reformat my mac after creating these certificates. the certificates that I have are the correct ones. actually apple can help me but for 1 month I have been exchanging emails with them but do not answer me. I had them on the phone too, apart from the secretaries they didn't help me. I know I'm not good too but hey ^^ i asked apple to revoke my certificates, they refuse.

  • @d-healey Unfortunately no. apple blocks the revocation of this type of certificate. it is impossible to do it ourselves. apple also refuses to do so. unless your certificates are stolen. basically you pay but you are not the master.

  • @yall Sounds like there is nothing you can do then

  • @d-healey here it is .. apart from repaying an account. but it must be possible to recreate a key or something to make these certificates usable. that's why I asked for help.
