@d-healey @Lindon for simplicity, I took out an apple develop account subscription. keychain / request a certificate from an authority ... creates a certificate install id and application id with the file downloaded earlier from the keychain (the certificate request) . I downloaded my 2 certificates and installed in the keychain. they are present and indicated as valid. except that there is no associated key. I have not created anything else in my apple developper account. apple tells me that I need to create keys, machine, profile. except that by wanting to go too fast, I created the maximum number of certificates, develop id installer and develop id application. we are limited to 5 of each. I am ready to give the personal identifiers or manage this problem in video and I am ready to sincerely remunerate.

@yall Did you create a certificate signing request (CSR)? Before generating your certificates? Without this they won't work.
-
@d-healey are you talking about the step from the keychain? request a certificate from an authority?
-
@yall Yeah
-
@d-healey yes I therefore need this etpae indicating my email. on the other hand, I did not choose the option (let me indicate the information on the key pair). I therefore continued the steps and imported the downloaded file (request) when apple developper asked me for it when creating the certificates.

You need to follow these steps - https://stackoverflow.com/questions/12126496/how-to-obtain-certificate-signing-request
Is that what you did?

Only Apple can fix that for you.

@Lindon sorry for the translator. yes @d-healey I did all these steps exactly. the problem must also come from the fact that I had to reformat my mac after creating these certificates. the certificates that I have are the correct ones. actually apple can help me but for 1 month I have been exchanging emails with them but do not answer me. I had them on the phone too, apart from the secretaries they didn't help me. I know I'm not good too but hey ^^ i asked apple to revoke my certificates, they refuse.
-
You don't need Apple to do that for you - https://stackoverflow.com/questions/39956336/delete-developer-certificate-from-apple-developer-portal
-
@d-healey Unfortunately no. apple blocks the revocation of this type of certificate. it is impossible to do it ourselves. apple also refuses to do so. unless your certificates are stolen. basically you pay but you are not the master.
-
@yall Sounds like there is nothing you can do then
-
@d-healey here it is .. apart from repaying an account. but it must be possible to recreate a key or something to make these certificates usable. that's why I asked for help.
