VP custom LAF

@Christoph-Hart Could we get a custom LAF function for the ViewPort, especially in itemList mode, please?
I tried for hours with no success...

@ustk What's the point? You can almost completely customize it using a panel, the only thing you can't change is the design of the scrollbars.

It is using a viewport. Put the panel in a viewport.
