        @titosg

        press the {...} button to get to the UI editor...

        make sure you are in edit mode (pencil icon top left - not the lock icon).

        select your widget... it will get a green square round it.

        press delete.

          Hello!

          I'm having the same issue, on macOS Catalina (10.15.5)

          From the UI editor, I am in pencil (edit) mode, select a widget, get a green square...

          and upon pressing delete, only get the "you can't do this" boop noise. The widget does not delete.

          Please assist? Thank you!

          (ps this probably belongs under "bugs", not "general", just realizing that)

            I think this is a bug that has been mentioned before. I think on Mac you have to press backspace rather than delete (but I could be wrong).

              @d-healey Both are working on mac, either if you select the component on the interface or in the component list, so yes, definitely a bug somewhere...

              I can't help pressing F5 in the forum...

                @tk_tmm @d-healey Oh wait a minute! If you're on a MacBook then it could be something like CMD+Backspace or so I reckon...
