what build of hise and IPP are people using to have working convolution....as ive stated mines broken.
-
yes even with this 44.1 and 48 produce the distortin digital noise with all IRs tested. 88.2 and 96 work fine
-
@mwplugs Just to say you triple-posted…

I get silence using your
1644-0_dc.wav
ir. -
i dont i get distortion at anything below 88.2mic-0_dc.wav COMP1176all_dc.wav 1644-0_dc.wav 1176.wav heres some im using for testing
-
@mwplugs What is the sample rate of your audio driver?
-
i have an rme ufx. when i change the samplerate in the hise project it changes with it. same as any daw. i verify by looking at tihe totalmix itself as well
-
im really starting to think this has to do with my system. because it just worked perfect within hise at all samplerates. now it does the same thing at 44 and 48 again. its almost like the convo hangs in the background at the wrong samplerates. or there is a background process or something affecting it
-
if you have any ideas let me know. im about to load up and test on my mac hise setup and in logic. if it works there then try on a fresh install on another system i had on PC

The sample rate of the impulse response or the sample rate of your audio interface?
-
if the sample rate of hise or any daw is at 44 or 48khz regardless of the sample rate of the IR it makes the distortion digitzed noise
-
i take it noone ever figured this out. still having issues.
-
It works fine for me at 48khz, but with your impulse response I get silence.
