Change isPluginParameter after on init

@Christoph-Hart Is it possible to change which plugin parameters are available after the plugin has already been loaded in the DAW?

Bump bump.

My idea is that different presets or expansions will use different parameters. For example one expansion might have round robins so I will want a plugin parameter so that the round robin on/off can be automated, but another expansion doesn't have the round robins so that automation lane won't be needed.

Nope there's no way this is working across all DAWs. I'm afraid you have to declare them all and let the user deal with the verbosity.
