Windows pixelated UI

Hi guys. Same project, Win left, Mac right. Windows always does a mess with pixels. (On, VSTs. Standalone looks great, also preview on Hise before compiling)
Not only images. Text are not image based but font, and looks ugly too.

Which host? And is the global windows scale factor set to anything else than 100%? Some hosts behave funky with other dpi scale factors.

@Christoph-Hart Ableton 10 Live, Reaper lastest version. scale is 100%. also compiled with UI 100%. Images are x4 so you can scale on Mac or Win standalone to x4 without seeing a pixel.

Funny thins is when I scale, it gets better. I mean, pixels remain same size but size of the knobs/text etc gets obviously bigger
