      OK I found this;

      Link Preview Image
      Computer keyboard input

      Can we detect any QUERTY keyboard button presses in HISE? I'm thinking mainly of modifier keys like CTRL, SHIFT, and ALT.

      but it seems very old, so checking that this still isnt the state - and I have to roll my own widgets to shift-click - because that would be a MASSIVE amount of extra work just to get midi-learn happening...

      At least tell me there is a way to check for right-click in sliders and buttons..... pretty please...

        Only for panels.

        Is there a reason you can't use the built in MIDI learn?

            @Lindon Yep, any slider or button has a "Learn MIDI CC" on right click
            It doesn't work in the interface designer though, so you should call the interface preview in order to test it

            Can't help pressing F5 in the forum...

              @ustk grief..I COMPLETELY missed that.... thanks. hey ho, so MIDI learn is sorted - now what about all those other "use cases" its panels only then is it? Seems like a missed opportunity...
