VST3 new bus configuration classes + sidechaining

Now that we can create VST3 exports, will the additional inputs buses become available to us so we can use them for sidechaining in our plugins?

@dustbro Did you ever figure out a way to side chain hise plugins? Or side chain particular parameters?
