Export Samples as Archive for .hr1 file

I've just created my first VST and loaded it in my DAW. Its asking for the .hr1 file and like others on the forum here the response seems to be you need to "Export Samples as Archive "
but i don't have an option for that is HISE. What step am I missing and is there a video explaining this part of creating your VST -

@David-Healey So that worked - kind of - after I converted the sample to monoliths in HISE there was no sound from any of them. I could see they were working but no sound. So i exported the plug in anyway to see if it would work and it worked to a degree.
I loaded it up in my DAW and it loaded the samples but they all started with a horrendous clipping bar 1 sample.
Very weird -
@David-Healey and going back into HISE the sample that played correctly is the only one that plays with sound in HISE

@David-Healey - Looks like to one that's working is the only one that is 48000 and the rest are 41000,i think that's the issue ?
