Export Samples as Archive for .hr1 file

I've just created my first VST and loaded it in my DAW. Its asking for the .hr1 file and like others on the forum here the response seems to be you need to "Export Samples as Archive "
but i don't have an option for that is HISE. What step am I missing and is there a video explaining this part of creating your VST
