Can't delete sliders or labels in interface designer.

New here to Hise. Former Kontakt Developer.
I can't seem to delete sliders or labels in interface designer. I'm hitting the delete key with the object selected. In edit mode with the grid.
I'm on Mac 10.14.4

Any suggestions would be great! Platform looks way cooler than Kontakt.

There is no delete key on a Macbook - at least not on my one ;) Try Fn+backspace...

Actually, I've just removed that "safe" because you were right expecting that backspace deletes the UI control :)
