Articulation Switches Alternative Routing??
-
I need help with this...
So, my chord player has 12 chords triggered by 12 buttons, that are also triggered by midi notes 60-71.
Black Keys are Switches, White Keys are chords and arp patterns.
I also have articulation switches that I have controlling parameters in the arpeggiator.
The problem is, I want to use keys 48-59 for triggering these parameters (I have them routed and working) but I want it NOT to trigger a sound/output a midi note for that keypress.
TRIGGER RANGE: midi notes 48-59
I cant use choke because it will choke chords that are playing chords in that range as well. I need it just to deaden those keypresses for that range perhaps but still allow that range to be outputed to DAW.If this makes any sense i'd appreciate some pointers! Thanks in advance!

@d-healey Thank You!
I went up a level on that and seen some other nuggets! mind if I have a look? lol.
speaking of levels...
if this is my module tree, on what level do I insert that script?

Of course not, I wouldn't make it public if I didn't want people to look. :)

If you want to block notes to a specific sound generator then you put it within the sound generator's MIDI Processor chain, if you want to block it at the container level - affecting all sound generators in the container, then put it in the container's MIDI Processor chain.
