Hey there i have a simple channel EQ setup and would like to display the sum filter curve "as one" on the main interface.

Is it possible to interpolate/merge these paths into one?

yes, Set the display buffer to the same one for each. The icon to the right of each filter window there.

I think it was one of the first questions I asked on the forum, so this is very nostalgic.
