PresetBrowser: Set position and size for the favorite preset icon.

Feature request: PresetFavoriteButtonBounds

I think the favorite icon of each preset is the only one that can't be moved/resized in the PresetBrowser.

@bendurso I've added a favoriteIconOffset option to the preset browser so you can move it about on the x axis - https://github.com/christophhart/HISE/pull/730

I also recorded a video showing the entire process because a few people have asked to see me struggle my way through C++ :)

@d-healey Amazing! Thanks :) I posted this before realizing they didn't work in expansions. But maybe that can be fixed
