Mono FX Plugins Experiments

@Christoph-Hart Mono output fx plugins works perfectly. I've compiled a couple of plugins with only "Support Mono FX" checked on preferences page. No need to compile 1 output version of Hise or routing tricks. Just "Support Mono FX" checked.

I compiled HISE 10 days ago. I don't know if you changed anything after that but this works great.

Checked on this systems:

Windows VST: Cubase 8
Windows AAX: Pro Tools 2018.12
Mac AU: Logic pro X 10.2.2
Mac VST: Ableton Live 10
Mac AAX: Pro Tools 2018.4
