How can I get the keyboard in the GUI to display notes that have been transposed?

I am making MIDI plugins and I would like 2 keyboards in the GUI.
One at the top for the MIDI input and one at the bottom for MIDI output (post MIDI processing such as filtering/remapping/transposition/harmonization).

How can I get a GUI keyboard to respond to post MIDI FX output stage?

@VirtualVirgin You might have to roll your own keyboard with panels. There might be an example if you search on the forums.
