UI and Concept opinions needed

Im working on a new VI. The main idea is to allow user to control partials and envelopes on the fly for an EP like sound. This will allow you to have a rhodes or a wurli or anything in the middle just tweaking partials and env.
I need opinions about UI. Modern and techy like this one? Or the classic Rhodes like front pannel?
