On Escape action

If possible it would be nice to be able to detect when the user presses the ESC key. I'm thinking of use cases like dismissing popup panels and floating tiles.

@d-healey Is this possible now? I was just about to create a post about how to use the computer keyboard keys to execute actions. But actually I just wanted to use the ESC key to exit popup panels.
