How to Deregister Plugins if PayPal Chargeback claim is raised by a customer
-
How can I Deregister Plugins if PayPal claim is raised by a customer. Is there a way to lockout/deregister the sent/delivered and installed plugins? Many people I have seen they claim for a fake chargeback like Items not received, items are not as described etc. disputes to Paypal. And Paypal does the injustice and stand for the buyer side. Even I have seen for my Free Plugins. For an Example one plugin I left with a Donation Button. You all know donation is not mandatory, it is our choice but I don't know a user gave a donation . After 2 months he claimed some
items not received
and guess what the idiot Paypal put a charge back for $20. So I want whenever a user will raise a claim to Paypal and if Paypal holds money I will lock the plugins and deactivate it even it is sent and installed. Is it possible for Free ? -
@DabDab yes it’s possible. Simply on plugin run check for the license.
My advice is to not bother with this too much. You have more work trying to prevent this. I recommend to charge good fair prices and make good plugins and magically people will not try to use these tricks to get their money back.

Provide Download Ip...
Download status...
and or any Information that shows that the customer Already downloaded the product. In 99 cases You will win.
The status proof is enough for PayPal to release your money.
Just show them that Customer has Access to product and It downloaded

and or any Information that shows that the customer Already downloaded the product.I provided all the details, but Paypal told The issuer of the Buyer Credit Card has claimed it. Some weird chargeback. After providing all the details (including Invoice, proof of the Download Links, etc) I lost the case. I don't know why. That's why I want to disable the scammer by logging them out.

@DabDab there's no standard method for this and most of the solution will be on the server side.
