Preset Browser only showing first preset folder
-
Hey there,
i have created a project with quite a lot of presets, all organised under {FOLDER}/01 - Halls/Preset and so on, when i compile the preset browser only shows me the first folder of my 6. In Hise Standalone no problem at all, everything is being shown as it is supposed to be
Do you have any Idea what i did wrong ?
All the best, Ben

@Lindon Hey thx you for your help!
Emebrassing noob question, but do you mean the User Presets Folder ? There i created Subfolders with 01 Hall , 02 Chambers and so on. Which loads in Hise Standalone without any problems. Do you mean another location ? -

Your compiled plugin will not look in your project folder - it will look instead int eh "app data folder" so on windows this is :
C:/Users/<your name>/AppData/Roaming/Your CompanyName/Your product name/
go look there and see if there is and whats inside UserPresets folder

@Lindon Thx so much for your understanding. Ok, i have had a look, and BINGO , it only copied the first Folder instead of 6.
My question now would be - Why ? Is it that i have compiled it over and over again for testing purpose, so when i erase the whole User Preset Folder in this location it will create a new and updated version ?Thank you ;)

@Ben-Catman It only does it the first time you run the compiled project. This is to prevent presets being overwritten if the user has made changes or created new ones.
