[bug] Program change not received by effect plugin

I have an effect plugin that accepts MIDI input. CC messages are getting through to it but it's not receiving any program changes.

@d-healey Which plugin format? I recall having the same issue using a vst3 plugin. They don't receive program changes messages anymore.

@Matt_SF Yep VST3. Now you mention it I recall that issue. Guess I'll have to use a CC instead.
