Does Lottie Animation need Dll file for End User?

Do I need to pass lottie dll (That I used previously in HISE Scriptnode) to end user?

How to load Lottie animation using Timer ?

The dll is no longer required, it's all included within HISE.

@DabDab Use a counter that starts at the first frame, and when you get to the last frame set it back to 0. Try not to double post.
