Ok then it's not a hardware issue. I notice your hr file is only 2MB, I'm guessing it should be larger?

@huen97 Actually the hr file looks about right given that you only have one sample. Have you tried exporting as a standalone app?

We can use that to test if it's a hardware problem or a software problem. If you click on the keyboard on your plugin's interface and there is no sound then it's a software problem.

When you first started the plugin did it ask you to install the samples?

yes, the plugin have ask me to install the sample,but still control failure...

select the hr1 and ch file
