no sound output in my plugin

hey,everyone...I have some problem on my plugin,But i can't not fix it...I am try to using my keyboard to control,but failed...I think is system problem??

Ok then it's not a hardware issue. I notice your hr file is only 2MB, I'm guessing it should be larger?

@huen97 Actually the hr file looks about right given that you only have one sample. Have you tried exporting as a standalone app?

@d-healey Yes I have tried exporting a standalone app,but there have a same problem,my keyboard can't control that..

We can use that to test if it's a hardware problem or a software problem. If you click on the keyboard on your plugin's interface and there is no sound then it's a software problem.

When you first started the plugin did it ask you to install the samples?

yes, the plugin have ask me to install the sample,but still control failure...

is to install and follow the instructions.
select the hr1 and ch file
