      These are my paths on the Mac - maybe it helps
      It's about the JUCe folder in the folder
      And in the JUCE folder is the module folder

            @MikeB is right (y) ...
            Alternatively for Windows you can do the following steps: Download JUCE 6.0.8 and extract it to C:\
            Now locate Path to JUCE to C:\JUCE and JUCE Modules to C:\JUCE\modules
            I saw Rudra Ghosh uses on his JUCE plugins development. It will work on updated HISE as well.

                          @Mwins On Windows, Before You Save And Run VS, Check The VS Version On Projucer.
                          It Somehow Shows 2019 As Default, Set It Back To 2017.
